Julie Hutto: Director of Banquets

Julie graduated in 2004 from Winthrop University with a degree in technical theatre/design and has been in the event planning industry for over 14 years now. Her diverse experience is extensive including weddings, corporate events, black tie galas, production and theatre shows, showers, bar mitzvahs, and concerts.   For 11 years Julie worked as an Event Manager for Carnival Cruise Lines and helped organize and execute several concerts including Martina McBride, Journey, Kansas and Olivia Newton John.  Before joining the Hyatt House team she worked as an Event Sales Supervisor at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Garden.  Her outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation talents, including the ability to handle a variety of events simultaneously, make her an important part of the family here at Hyatt House.

 

Carolyn Pierotti: Event/Sales Manager

Carolyn was the former Events Coordinator/Curator for Sweetwater Center for the Arts located in Sewickley.  She was also the former Exhibitions Chair/VP of the Pittsburgh Society of Artists.  She coordinated several exhibitions and events in different galleries in and around Pittsburgh area including the Cultural Trust during the Three Rivers Arts Festival for the Pittsburgh Society of Artists exhibit "Intr(AU)spective" which took place at 937 Gallery.  Other gallery spaces include Panza Gallery located in Millvale, Most Wanted Fine Art in Garfield, The Pittsburgh Center for the Arts in Shadyside, 3rd Street Gallery in Carnegie, and Already Famous on Penn to name a few. Carolyn joined the team in 2021 and currently works with several corporations helping plan and execute meetings, training sessions, and symposiums.
